Healthy options, offered in smart portions, with controlled levels of sodium and saturated fats, and without industrial trans fats.

Whole Grains
Whole grain cereal products that are high in fibres and antioxydants.



LOCAL AND SUSTAINABLE


Aliments du Québec au menu
Dishes recognized by the Aliments du Québec au menu program, which confirms that more than 50% of the total weight are Quebec ingredients. This program is a testament to our ongoing commitment and efforts aimed at reducing our global footprint by sourcing products that are a shorter distance away.

Sustainable Seafood
Seafood ingredients that are certified as sustainably sourced by the Marine Stewardship Council, Ocean Wise or other, third-party, recognized certification organization.

Vegan
Dishes made from plant-based foods only (no eggs, milk, dairy, honey, and any other animal-derived ingredients).

Vegetarian
Vegetarian options. These are lacto-ovo-vegetarian, which means they contain small traces of dairy and/or eggs.

Plant Forward
Dishes that are primarily plant-based and contain a limited quantity of meat- or animal-derived ingredients.


 

LIFESTYLE/PERSONAL PREFERENCES


Halal
Single ingredients or recipes that contain Halal-certified proteins and permitted foods only, except for all Haram products.

Third-party certification is available upon request.


No Gluten
Dishes that are made without gluten-containing ingredients. However, cross-contamination with wheat or other sources of gluten may occur during preparation. NOTE: these dishes do not comply with a gluten-free diet that is prescribed as a result of a diagnosed medical condition.
